What Kakobuy has announced, what changed in the help centre since June, and when this index last checked.
Kakobuy notices filed by release date
Kakobuy’s announcement list held five entries on 10 October 2026. The list shows month and day without the year; the detail pages carry the full dates below. Two of them, the EU notices, change rules the help centre still describes the old way.

The October 2026 Halloween notice, line by line
Announced on 9 October 2026. A 10% shipping subsidy runs October 10 to 16, Beijing time; subsidies granted expire on November 30, 2026. A coupon pack with code KAKOHALLOWEEN runs October 10 to 31: one 10% shipping coupon with no minimum, then fixed coupons from 300 yuan off 2,000 down to 30 yuan off 21, redeemed under User Center, Coupons, Redeem.
A flash sale on October 15 and 16 takes at least 1% off, and a referral programme runs October 15 to 31; a valid referral is a friend who tops up at least 100 yuan in total. Rewards cannot be withdrawn, and partnered accounts are excluded.
Coupons are the only place minimum spends matter: work out the spend first and the discount second. This is a dated notice summary; retaining it here does not extend the offer.
The US and EU notices that sit outside the help centre
Two notices change what you pay at the border and neither has a help article. The US notice of 17 April 2025 introduced tax-free routes, said non-tax-free routes need the buyer to clear customs, and put the extra cost at about 5 to 10 dollars per package compared with USPS. The EU notice of 23 June 2026 set the 3-euro per-parcel charge described on the shipping page.

Community feedback: where buyers talk, and what Kakobuy pays for
Kakobuy runs an official subreddit, r/kakobuy, which its sidebar calls the “Kakobuy Official Community”; its sidebar showed more than twenty thousand members on 10 October 2026. The home page links an official Discord. Both are useful for what the help centre leaves out, mostly photo counts, line speeds this month and how support handled a claim.
Read them knowing that posts can be paid. The only article under Rules of bonus point (help 124) is a guide to writing posts that earn more: short titles, tags such as #kakobuy haul, and using the Share W2C button, which adds your own referral link to the post. A glowing haul post may carry a commission.
Treat a forum post as one buyer’s report from one week, and the help article as the rule.
The bonus-point article, read closely
Help 124 was created in July 2023. It tells you to keep titles concise, to add tags to videos (its own example tag list includes a misspelling, “# snakes” for sneakers), and to post on Reddit using Share W2C, which fills in title, price, link and QC photos automatically. It notes that the link earns as long as the post stays up, and suggests switching forum if moderators do not approve a post quickly.

Help-centre change log and last updated
Between 17 June and 10 October 2026, four articles changed:
- Help 120, storage extension: from 20 yuan per order per 100 days to 10 yuan per order per 30 days, with a new 30-day cooling-off period. The worked example still uses 100 days.
- Help 121, Wise: the guide grew from about 2,900 to about 4,700 characters.
- Help 104, refunds: minor wording.
- Help 126, tax numbers: minor wording.
