Kakobuy Spreadsheet categories, filed with their rules
Browse by category, then read the one line of Kakobuy policy that tends to decide whether an item in that category arrives the way you expect.
Kakobuy Spreadsheet categories and their help-centre notes
The same sixteen categories as the home page, each with the one help-centre rule most likely to affect it. Tap a card to browse that category.

What a Kakobuy Spreadsheet is for
What is the Kakobuy Spreadsheet? It is a catalogue of products other buyers have already found on Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and similar Chinese shops, sorted into categories and kept as product pages you can browse. Each item links out to the original listing; you paste that link into Kakobuy’s search bar, and Kakobuy buys it for you.
Kakobuy offers three ways to find things itself (help 4 and the tutorial page): paste a link, upload a photo, or type a keyword. The keyword route stops at four shops: 1688, Taobao, Tmall and JD. A curated catalogue fills the gap for Weidian and other shops that keyword search does not cover, and it saves you from reading Chinese listing pages to start with.
What the catalogue cannot tell you is what happens to the item after you pay. That part is the help centre’s job, and the notes on each card above point to the rule that usually matters for that category.

How the inspection rule splits these categories
Help 89 sorts every category into two groups. Garments, bags, suitcases and shoes are unwrapped and checked for model, style and size. Everything else, and anything in sealed packaging or with a sealing strip, is checked from the outside only.
On the wall above, that puts trainers, hoodies, tees, denim, joggers, coats, the women’s edit, football shirts and handbags in the first group. Caps, belts, sunglasses, jewellery, watches, gadgets and fragrance sit in the second. For gadgets the disclaimer goes further: no check of authenticity, function or quality at all.
If an item from the second group matters to you, order a Personalized photograph (2 yuan per photo, help 114) and say exactly what you want shown: the hinge, the clasp, the serial sticker, the battery compartment.

Categories that run into shipping line restrictions
The help centre names restricted goods in general terms (help 48: essential oils, batteries, glue and other sensitive items are taken out). The real rules are printed on each line in the shipping estimator. For a 1 kg parcel to the US on 10 October 2026, line names alone told you most of it: “Cosmetics Air Express (Battery, Liquid)”, “USPS Tax-Free Line (Battery Accepted)”, “EUB (Batteries and Perfume Not Allowed)”.

So fragrance, watches with batteries and most gadgets narrow your choice of line before price comes into it. Help 22 confirms the effect from the other side: items with mailing restrictions are blocked when you try to submit them in one parcel with everything else. The shipping page covers weight limits per line.
Searching in Chinese when a category is thin
Help 88, “Commodity catalogue in Chinese & English”, is a keyword list you can copy into Taobao or Tmall search. It is long for women’s clothing (dresses, skirts by cut, coats by fabric), women’s shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories down to hat styles, and then it ends. There is no men’s section and nothing for electronics.
Two habits make it more useful. Search with the material and cut, not the brand: the list pairs each Chinese term with a plain English one such as Leather Belt or Bucket Hat. And when you find a listing, paste the link into Kakobuy rather than retyping the title, so the size and colour options come through intact.
